Day 1: Monday, 6th November 2023
- Introduction & Ice Breaking:
- School representatives presented their institutions to the plenary.
- Interactive ice-breaking activities helped participants get to know each other.
- Project Overview:
- Coordinator introduced the project, explaining its scope, objectives, and work packages (WPs).
- School & Community Engagement:
- Guided tour of Akaki Regional High School.
- Meeting with an education representative.
- Walk around the village and lunch, followed by a meeting with the mayor.
Day 2: Tuesday, 7th November 2023
- Digital Tools Training – Romanian Partner:
- Introduction to “Story Jumper” and “Book Creator” for creating interactive digital stories.
- Training by Center for Social Innovation (CSI) NGO:
- Overview of digital tools, with emphasis on the PI-VET application.
- Teachers created their own canvases and tested the PI-VET tool.
- Project Activities:
- Discussion on selection criteria for student mobilities.
- Planning for the virtual competition for the project’s logo.
- Agreement to design the project’s web platform and eTwinning page.
- Dissemination strategy initiation.
Day 3: Wednesday, 8th November 2023
- Digital Tools Training – Croatian Partner:
- Presentation of “Socrative” for student assessment with step-by-step instructions.
- Demonstration of GIF Maker Application to add fun to learning.
- Hands-on activities using the tools.
- Project Management:
- Discussion of financial issues and use of Google Drive.
- Agreement on forthcoming activities and next steps.
Day 4: Thursday, 9th November 2023
- Digital Tools Training – Akaki Regional High School & Citizens in Power NGO:
- Presentation of D-ICT online game for gamified distance learning.
- Teachers tested the tool and provided feedback.
- Introduction to MIRO for lesson planning and real-time collaboration.
- Training by Greek Partner:
- Demonstration of “Sutori” and “Tricider” tools.
- Overview of eTwinning platform setup and usage.
Day 5: Friday, 10th November 2023
- Summary & Evaluation:
- Review of digital tools presented and discussions on classroom application.
- Presentation of the SELFIE tool for evaluating digital competency.
- Closing Activities:
- Teachers completed an evaluation questionnaire.
- Distribution of Europass certificates and participation certificates.
- Feedback showed high satisfaction with the training, tools, and organization.
Evalutaion Highlights:
- High participant satisfaction with the event and digital materials.
- Most liked tools: “Sutori” and “Story Jumper.”
- Activities described as well-organized and applicable in classrooms.
- External organizations’ contribution was noted as valuable.
