Workshop 2

Discovering Vaslui town – past and present (walking tour). Students solve the missions described in the Goosechase app and identify important landmarks in the town.

Tuesday – 06.05.2025

Workshop 3 – Science in everyday life (outdoor learning activities in Bucovina region). Students work in international groups and create digital stories about what they learn and visit using StoryMaps app.

Wednesday – 07.05.2025

Workshop 4

D.P.T. Labs: Science Experiments Without Borders (part 1). Performing physics, chemistry, biology experiments that stimulate students’ curiosity and desire to explore, work effectively in international teams, share ideas, and respect diverse perspectives – skills valuable in any field.

D.P.T. Labs: Science Experiments Without Borders (part 2). Students work in international groups and create a poster to promote the importance of science in everyday life, based on scientific experiments carried out (Canva app). Presenting the posters, evaluation of the activity.

Presentation of digital applications and tools used by teachers. Discussion and setting deadlines for activities for the next period.

Thursday – 08.05.2025

Workshop 5

Discover our region: natural, historical and cultural sights. Learning about elements of local geography, history, environmental conservation and protection in the area of Bicaz Gorge and Red Lake National Parks, visiting the Neamț Fortress, the Memorial Museum “Ion Creangă” Humulești and Ancuta’s Inn. Students collaborate and write their impressions using the Padlet app.

Friday – 09.05.2025

Workshop 6

Hands-On Science: Bridging Theory and Practice in the Lab. Physics experiments carried out in the laboratory of the Physics Department – “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University, Iasi.

Exploring the cultural diversity of Iași city.

Evaluation of week activities – applying online questionnaires to students, teachers and parents.

Festive dinner – awarding certificates of participation to students and teachers.
